In this video, Swami Radha elaborates on two useful tools for the spiritual aspirant: daily reflection to increase awareness and using symbols to help focus the mind. These tools help reduce the mind’s tendency to categorize, opening us to awe and wonder.

Swami Radha invites us to ask ourselves the following questions related to awareness:

How do I step out of the little compartments I put myself into? Can I see my life with a broader perspective?
