August at the Ashram is a time of richness and ripeness as we celebrate the abundance of the season. With the newly restored Divine Mother Room now open and our late summer harvests well underway, we are overflowing with gratitude. We feel blessed by Divine Mother’s Grace. August is also a time of joyful reunions, as members of our community return to the Ashram in time for the Annual General Meeting and the Celebration of Light. Whether you are new to the Ashram or a long time friend, August is a time to share the Light, celebrate community and give thanks for our blessings. Namaste!

Upcoming Retreats
DanceDance and the Kundalini Yoga Mantras
Aug 17 (eve) to 20
Mantras are words of power and the mantras of the Kundalini cakras hold a mystery in their poetry. Various dance forms from India take you into that mystery, going beyond the rational mind into the intuitive self. The ancient wisdom of the mantras is formed within. We will be reflecting on the mantras, using the body as a spiritual tool to explore their personal meaning.

Steps to Freedom
Aug 21-25
Using the symbolic language of the ancient Kundalini system, this overview helps you make sense of your life.
