In this satsang talk, Swami Radhananda speaks about the process of creating her upcoming book and the practice of reflection. The book is based on her reflections since first arriving at the Ashram in the 1970’s. She¬†emphasizes the importance of keeping a spiritual diary for recording our growth and evolution. As we practice over time, we begin opening a treasure chest of wisdom, victories, and golden insights. Next week, you’ll have the opportunity to hear her read an excerpt from her draft.
